As many young trainers enter Fiore, there is one place they must all go, and that is to get registered. In Fiore, you are required to have a trainer's license to operate in the region. This license is specific to Fiore and only one person can help with this task. This is the lovely Professor Clara Louise Minerva. She is located in Jubilee City along with the airport to Fiore. The good professor's starter kits consist of a pokedex, pokeballs, and some things like potions and berries. Also, if you do not have a pokemon, the professor will provide you with one, your options being: Buizel, Oddish, Growlithe, Ralts and Gastly.
